FAQ's
Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here.
We have tried to answer the most common questions.
SHIPPING
How fast will my order ship?
We move fast. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship with a tracking number sent straight to your inbox. During major sales or holiday rushes, add an extra day or two — but we don’t sit on orders.
How long until it’s at my door?
Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. typically lands in 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping cuts that to 3–5 business days. Your exact timeline depends on your location and the carrier, but you’ll have full tracking visibility the entire way.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $50 ship free — standard ground, anywhere in the lower 48. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and speed preference.
Can I get it faster?
Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up transit time once the package is in the carrier’s hands — it doesn’t skip our 1–2 day processing window.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Right now we ship within the United States only.
I need to change my shipping address — is it too late?
Maybe not. Email service@revomax.com immediately and we’ll update it if your order hasn’t been picked and packed yet. Once it’s shipped, we can’t reroute it.
Will I get a tracking number?
Always. The moment your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a live tracking link. No guesswork.
My tracking info isn’t updating. What’s going on?
Don’t panic — tracking data can take 24–48 hours to populate after your shipping confirmation email. It’s a carrier-side delay, not a Revomax one. If nothing has updated after 48 hours, email us at service@revomax.com with your order number and we’ll track it down.
What if my package shows up damaged or never arrives?
Contact us at service@revomax.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Send your order number and photos if product is damaged. We’ll sort it out — that’s not the first impression we want you to have.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What’s your return policy?
30 days from the date of purchase. The bottle needs to be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. If it checks those boxes, we’ll take it back — no runaround.
How do I start a return?
Email service@revomax.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged. We’ll send you instructions and a return address. Simple process, no hoops.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping is on you. We recommend using a trackable service — especially on items over $75 — because we can’t be responsible for packages that don’t make it back to us. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
How quickly will I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank might add a few days on their end — that part’s out of our hands.
Can I swap for a different size or color instead?
We handle direct exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you want a different size or color, the fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order. That way you’re not waiting on us to process the swap before your new one ships.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. Discounted and promotional items are final sale — no returns or refunds. We price them to move, so they’re committed once purchased.
Can I return a gift?
Only if it was purchased directly from revomax.com — and you’ll need a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation. If it qualifies, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Bottles purchased from a retail store, Amazon, or any other third-party seller need to go back to where they were bought — their return policy applies, not ours.
My bottle arrived damaged or defective. Now what?
That shouldn’t happen, and we take it seriously. Email service@revomax.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — no cost to you.
WARRANTY
What’s the Revomax warranty?
Lifetime. Not 1 year, not 5 years — lifetime. We built Revomax to be the last bottle you ever buy, and our warranty backs that up. Every product is guaranteed against defects in material, workmanship, and performance, including the vacuum insulation and the twist-free lid.
What exactly does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
If your bottle stops performing the way it’s supposed to — the insulation fails, the lid mechanism breaks, or there’s a manufacturing defect that impacts function — we’ll repair or replace it. Free. That’s the deal.
What ISN’T covered?
The warranty covers engineering failures, not life happening. Cosmetic wear like paint scratches, dents from drops, or discoloration from harsh cleaning products — those aren’t defects, they’re battle scars. Damage from misuse or ignoring the care instructions isn’t covered either.
How do I file a claim?
Email service@revomax.com with three things: your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect. Our team reviews claims within 3–5 business days and will reach out with next steps.
Does Revomax pay for shipping on warranty replacements?
Yes. If your claim is approved, we cover the shipping on your replacement. Depending on the issue, we may ask you to send the defective bottle back — also at our expense.
Do I need to register my bottle for the warranty to apply?
No registration required. Your warranty is active from the moment you buy. Just hang on to your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase — a screenshot works fine.
Can I transfer the warranty if I give the bottle to someone?
The Lifetime Warranty is tied to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable. That said, if you’re buying one as a gift for someone, you’re the warranty holder — so keep that receipt handy.
THE PRODUCT
What actually makes Revomax different?
It comes down to engineering. Most insulated bottles use a threaded screw cap that leaves the entire neck of the bottle uninsulated — that’s where your heat escapes. Revomax’s patented twist-free lid seals low in the neck, inside the vacuum-insulated zone, creating a sealed chamber that acts as a second layer of insulation. The result: 36 hours cold, 18 hours hot — and you open it with one hand in under a second. No twisting, no fumbling, no two-hand operation while you’re driving.
Why is the Revomax lid better than a screw cap?
Think of it like the difference between a push-button ignition and a keyed starter. The Revomax lid uses patented Flash Release technology — press the buttons, the cap pops open. One hand. Under one second. Beyond speed, the double seal with triple lock is 100% leak-proof, not “spill-resistant” — actually leak-proof, and the built-in pressure release valve means you can carry carbonated drinks without the lid fighting you. No other screw-cap bottle can do all of that.
Can I really put beer, soda, and sparkling water in it?
Yes — and this is a big reason people switch to Revomax. Any bottle with the Classic Cap has a pressure release valve built right in. Crack a cold one, pour it in, seal it up. When you’re ready to open, the valve vents the carbonation pressure first so you get a clean, controlled open. No burps, no spray, no mess.
What are the bottles made from?
18/8 food-grade stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation and a copper lining for maximum thermal performance. The lid is also food-grade polypropylene, PP, the same material used in food-safe containers and highly resistant to heat. Everything is BPA-free.
What sizes do you offer?
20oz, 592ml, and 32oz, 950ml. Every size is available with the Classic Cap, and both come with the Sport Straw Cap option. Check our product pages for the full lineup.
Will it fit in my car’s cup holder?
The 32oz base diameter is 3.43”, 87mm. It fits most standard vehicle cup holders — trucks, SUVs, and newer sedans are usually fine. If your vehicle has smaller holders designed for slim cans or to-go coffee cups, it’ll be a tight fit. The 20oz fits the vast majority of cup holders with room to spare. Quick move: measure the inner diameter of your holder before you buy the 32oz.
Does it work for coffee and hot drinks too?
Absolutely. Hot drinks stay hot for up to 18 hours — we’re talking actually hot, not lukewarm. Fill it at 6 AM, and your afternoon coffee is still the temperature you want. Just use the pressure release valve to vent any steam before opening after extended storage.
Do the 20oz and 32oz use the same cap?
Yes. Both the Classic Cap and Sport Straw Cap are cross-compatible across all 20oz and 32oz bottles. Buy one cap, use it on either bottle.
Can I put it in the microwave?
No. Stainless steel and microwaves don’t mix — ever. This applies to every metal bottle on the market, not just ours.
What about the freezer?
Also no. Liquid expands when it freezes, and that expansion can compromise the vacuum seal and damage the insulation. If you want your drink ice cold, fill the bottle with ice and cold liquid instead — the insulation will do the rest for up to 36 hours.
Is it safe for Gatorade, electrolyte mixes, and flavored drinks?
100%. Use whatever you drink. Just rinse it out after each use and give it a proper wash the same day — flavored and sugary beverages can leave residue if they sit overnight.
Can I take it through TSA?
Yes. Empty the bottle before the security checkpoint, carry it through, and fill up at a water fountain or restaurant on the other side. TSA allows empty bottles of any size.
CLEANING & CARE
What’s the best way to clean my Revomax?
Warm water, mild dish soap, and a bottle brush. Clean the bottle body and the lid components separately — the lid disassembles in seconds with no threads to fight, another perk of the twist-free design. Rinse everything thoroughly and let it all air dry with the cap off. That’s it. Daily maintenance takes about 60 seconds.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes — all parts are top-rack dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. Practically, we recommend hand washing. The dishwasher’s heat cycles can degrade vacuum insulation over time, and that insulation is what makes your bottle outperform everything else. Hand wash it, and it’ll keep performing at peak for years.
How do I clean the lid mechanism?
Pop the silicone seals out, separate any detachable components, and wash each piece individually with warm soapy water. Rinse well and let everything dry completely before snapping it back together. We have a step-by-step video on our Use and Care page if you want a visual walkthrough — it’s easier than it sounds.
My bottle has a smell. How do I get rid of it?
Two proven methods — pick one: one, tablespoon of baking soda plus warm water, soak 15–20 minutes, rinse. Two, equal parts water and white vinegar, soak 30 minutes, wash and rinse. Both work. Don’t combine them — the fizzy reaction looks cool but doesn’t actually clean better.
How often should I deep clean?
Once a week if you’re using it for water. More often if you’re running coffee, protein shakes, juice, or anything with sugar or dairy through it. Residue builds up faster with those, and a weekly deep clean keeps things fresh and odor-free.
How do I handle stains on the stainless steel interior?
Baking soda paste: one tablespoon of baking soda mixed with warm water, let it sit inside the bottle for 15–20 minutes, scrub with a bottle brush, rinse. For stubborn stains, a white vinegar soak does the job. Stains are cosmetic — they won’t affect performance — but they’re easy to remove.
Anything I should avoid?
No bleach, no chlorine cleaners, no steel wool or abrasive pads. These can pit the stainless steel and damage the lid’s silicone seals. Boiling is unnecessary and hard on the insulation.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is fast, encrypted, and secure.
I placed my order but need to change or cancel it. Can I?
If you catch it fast enough, yes. Email service@revomax.com right away. If your order hasn’t entered the pick-and-pack process, we can modify or cancel it. Once it’s packed or shipped, the window closes — but you can always initiate a return after delivery.
Do you run promotions or offer discount codes?
We do — just not constantly. We’d rather build a great product at a fair price than play the discount game every week.
I entered the wrong address or payment info. Help.
Email service@revomax.com immediately. If the order hasn’t processed, we’ll fix it. If it’s already shipped, the package will go to the address on file and we won’t be able to reroute it.
Why was my order cancelled?
This is rare, but it can happen if there’s a payment issue, an item goes out of stock after you order, or our fraud protection flags something. You’ll always get an email explaining what happened, and any charges will be fully refunded.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time. We’re focused on getting the bottles into your hands directly — but stay tuned.
What about bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing and custom branding for qualifying orders. Visit our Wholesale Registration page or email service@revomax.com to start the conversation.
