I like the look and feel of the bottle but the first day of using the bottle leaked in my backpack. No reply from support email team.

Disappointed.

This product doesn't hold cold as advertised. I placed mostly ice and small amount of water as my preferences. It melted all the ice within few hours. The unknown water bottle that I brought from Ross holds better cold and kept the ice longer than this one with the fraction of the price. I like the one hand use opener though.

The bottle keeps drinks cold for a very long time. But the one handed release cap is awesome. No more unscrewing the cap. so easy and easy to clean the cap also.

Best bottle for one-handed use
These bottles are AMAZING, and the lids are perfect and easy to use. I LOVE that you can get the lid off with one hand, so it's perfect to have in the car. These keep my drinks nice and cold. Also, this was REALLY important to me, as I was looking for a large bottle that would fit in my car cup holder. Most of the standard hydroflask 32oz big bottles were just a TAD too wide, and wouldn't fit in my car cup holder, but this one is SLIGHTLY smaller and fits perfectly. It also fits in most golf cart cup holders, which the other brands of bottles I have do not. I have dropped it a few times, and though it made a dent, the bottle still holds up and works just fine. I'm happy with the color, the quality, and the size. GREAT bottles.

Best insulated water bottle ever!
We have a 20 oz and a 32 oz. Cap is awesome. Insulation is as good or better than others, with water staying cold and coffee hot for a long time. The powder coat is wayyy better than paint; my pre-teen gave one 2 years of frequent use and almost none came off, whereas a klean kanteen had lots of flaking and bare spots in a similar amount of time. Cap is a little tricky to take apart and reassemble for cleaning, but not too bad and well worth the convenience of it. Customer service is excellent. The 32 oz won't fit in most cupholders, but that's not a fault of the product and I love the volume.
